Great service ! Videos were the best !

I recently purchased a 2025 CX Carbon Edition from Fort Myers Mazda. I made the decision based on the service department(Jason, Winston and Marko). They have already earned my respect. They set me up with Kathleen Pachecho as my sales consultant - First class. Finance-First Class. So Sales, Finance and Service deserve the 5 stars.

Made appointment on line for 10:15 AM. Arrived on time. Described problem. Told them I would be back after golf. Played golf. No phone call from dealership. It was Sunday and shop closed at 3. It was already 1:30 and no word about car. I called to check. They said "HAD NOT STARTED"!!! They will call me back with more information. Did not call me back. So, I called again. They said "all done, did not find anything" So, what was the point of my appointment? What if they had found something that took time to fix!? Thankfully, they did not try to charge me. The "video" the mechanic made was 9 seconds long!

Explained my warranty to me. Took care of problem on first try.

I went in for service and I was approached by Mike Seaver about trading in my car. I had been thinking about it. Mike was polite, friendly, and professional. There was no pressure. It’s always been a great experience here at Mazda of Fort Myers, today was exceptionally special!

My battery kept dying all the time. I still don’t know if it’s OK but they Winston, especially we got a loaner car cause I don’t wanna get fired from my job cause I can’t keep telling him my car‘s dead. We’ll see what happens. I don’t know where I parked has something to do with this or not Messing up the computer or something. I don’t know.

Time and time again I choose to come to this Mazda dealership for service , not only due to the reliability, efficiency, and good work but because the service compared to any other dealership within a 1 hour radius does not compare. More specifically Cassidy the service advisor now service manager exceeds my expectations in service day in and day out. The only reason I continue to do business with this location is that I am well taken care of by the service team and their techs. I would recommend any one I know to come here for any vehicle needs as they have helped me both with minor and major repairs and I have had nothing to say but praise.

First off, Shavi was great and really helped me understand the car, current incentives and worked with me to get the car I wanted (2025 CX-90 PHEX a Premium Sport) at a price that worked for me. I asked a million questions over the course of several days and they stuck with me. Even when I brought in quotes from other dealers they matched it. Everyone at the dealership really made it feel personable including the lease experts and the finance folks. Highly recommend this location and Mazdas in general, come in and see Shavi. I was going from a CX-9 to a Cx-90 so the loyalty bonus is great to consider.

As soon as we arrived after our 22+ hr drive from Canada our I-stop light came on...I took it to Ft Myers Mazda who stated it could possibly take 4-6 weeks for a hybrid battery replacement. It took 9 weeks to get our car back, but this was no fault of Mazda Ft Myers. In fact, Cassidy was an "allstar" through the entire ordeal (as was the service department who kept on pushing for the battery to arrive..thank you Nate also!). They provided a replacement vehicle to our satisfaction and kept renewing the 2 week contract with out issue and/or question. If I ever decide to purchase a vehicle to keep here at our condo, without question, I will purchase it from Mazda of Fort Myers!
