While on vacation from out of state my check engine light lit up. On a Saturday and without an appointment, I took my car into Mazda of Fort Myers' service department. Service advisor Justin Hanna greeted me and immediately took my car for observation. Technician Corey Bronicki performed a test, found the problem and made the necessary corrections. I got the pre-owned certified extended warranty & tire protection which has already paid for itself due to the service department (Jason Robles mainly) being so helpful! So easy to make an appointment with accurate wait times, video communication of cars service, text updates, etc!! The techs that work on the cars deserve a major shoutout too as my car is always running so smoothly! I have also talked with the Sales team (Michael & Stewart) a couple times to check out new cars but not quite ready to trade-in and they are also amazing without being pushy or not wanting to waste time. I’ve always wanted a luxury car but not with the pricetag & I feel I got exactly that—so happy I went with the Mazda CX-5 & always getting compliments!! 🤩🤩

Justin. my service rep was friendly and sat down with me and gave me honest advice on what services I should consider and what ones I could wait on. My video from the mechanic was garbled and when I went to the desk to ask what the mechanic said, Justin was busy so Marco went back to ask the mechanic for me. Great customer service!

Took the car in at our scheduled time for an oil change. Went across the street to have lunch while they worked on it. Barely finished eating and they were done!
